ABOUT

Competitive, creative, and collaborative, I bring more than a decade of experience in daily journalism, public affairs, and Fortune 500 corporate communications. I contributed to coverage that earned a 2019 Pulitzer Prize, drove communications surrounding Los Angeles’ first Super Bowl and FIFA World Cup in three decades, and currently support communications for the lead developer of the James Webb Space Telescope.

My expertise includes planning and executing comprehensive communications programs for high-profile clients across diverse sectors and industries, with experience in media strategy, executive speechwriting, talking points, op-eds, annual reports, websites, digital and print advertising, video production, social media, and more.

A sixth-generation Central Illinoisan, I earned a bachelor’s degree from Knox College in Galesburg, Illinois, and master’s from Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism.
